Currently distribution-specific packages of UltraCompare for Linux are available for Ubuntu 10.04, Ubuntu 11.10, and Ubuntu 12.04 (both 32-bit and 64-bit). For all other distributions (both 32-bit and 64-bit), a tar package is available.
