FTP @ Explorer @ File View very slow

I got UltraEdit 12.10a version

My FTP explorer in the "File View" tab is very slow. I got the "retrieving directory listing" for a while (sometimes to 30 sec).

I tested the "passive mode" but it was no help.

It's very annoying. How can I fix that ?

Please let me know how to enable FTP Tree view in Explorer window in Ultra Edit...I will be grateful if you can point me to a discussion where it is discussed.

You go in the configuration window, on the FTP/SFTP tab and you check "Display FTP account in explorer view".
I got the version 12.10a BTW.

I made some test and it is slow only in the "SFTP browser". With the "FTP open" function it's ok.

So... it's still annoying.
Anyone?
