Need extra space at the bottom of the ssh window

My ssh window has the bottom pixel of the last line of text resting exactly on the bottom of the window, and it looks really ugly. Can this be changed ot put a couple of lines of background colour pixels there to make it prettier?

At least in UE 13+3 this issue is fixed.
