I've made a little tool that use Exuberant CTags to quickly find keywords in your sources.

New version of OpenCTags released

Although it had no much success, a new version of OpenCTags was released ( OpenCTags ).
Navigation history added so you can go and see the definition of a function (or any other tag) and then come back right where you were.
OpenCTags is an add-on for code editors, which exploits ctags files to navigate in code sources. It has also an autocomplete feature.
