Automatically Add New Files Created in Project Folders?

Is it possible to have a project automatically add new files created within the project folder without having to manually add them to the project?
I'd like UEStudio to display any newly created files in the project file-tree, and include them in the active project.

This is possible when you use folders and not groups, see Create project from an existing directory tree? To include files in the project directory itself you have to add the folder .\ (current directory) and make sure that option Group is not selected. Use also the filter option or you will see suddenly all files in the project directory.
