Restore File, Open & Explore Tabs

I have lost my Tabs in UE for Files, Open and Explorer. Did not find any solutions on the forum.

I currently have UltraEdit Professional Text/HEX Editor, Version 19.10.0.1012 installed.

I would like to retore to the original UE defaults, with the Open files in tabs at the top of the window, just below the menu bars.

I'm about ready to uninstall and reinstall to get back to the default look and feel.

Look in menu View into submenu Views/Lists where you can enable all views closed by you.
