Hi Mofi and everyone interested in U3 version of UE
Here's the response so far from IDM. I'm guessing the more people request this feature directly the higher the chance of them developing it.

There shouldn't be any issues here provided that you are the only user of the software. You wouldn't have to install your license on the client system.

I don't know what would be involved in this, but have entered a suggestion to consider this into our developers' database. This isn't currently being actively planned.
