Two things which i am sure must be in ultraedit / or there is a way of adding it .

1. create a new folder here from the explorer or project view
2. explore from here, either from the explorer or project view (this will open windows explorer)

Is it possible in ultraedit?

not sure if this is what you want for #2, but I configured a new tool to

explorer.exe %P

which takes the path of the current file and opens explorer to it. do it as a windows program and don't capture output.

Okay, 2nd day with the editor and learned a few things:

if you click on the tab, then right click, the 2nd group down has

FIND IN EXPLORER PANE
OPEN FOLDER

which comes close to what you want and no customization needed.
