Open files that are already opened by another application

Hello,

is it possible to open files which are exclusive opened by another application? I can't find such a setting. UE 10.10c.

If the file is really locked by the other application for exclusive access, the windows OS will not allow any other application to open the file. If this would not be, the lock would not be a lock.
