Is there a way to count the lines of every single file that is open inside UE? Heh, don't feel like going to every one

Yes! Run a normal Find In Files with search string ^p on Open Files. In the output window you will have then the content of all files merged together and the last line shows you how many CRLF (= lines) are found.
