Chinese Pingying input work bad

hi all,

I am an user coming from China. Today I take my new laptop windows XP + SP2 English version from IT department. I install Ultraedit 14.20.1.1008. When input Chinese, I found MS pingying input work bad in my UE.
I begin to doubt MS pingying, so change into google pingying input. The result is the same. Anybody could give me tips? I never encounter such issue before.

Two things you need to do:

1. Select menu Files -> Conversions -> ASCII to UNICODE, change your file format to support Unicode
2. Under menu View -> SetFont, select a Chinese font.

Then you should be able to see Chinese characters.
