File open dialog is always maximum size

File open dialog is always maximum size

Running UE 15.20.0.1022 on win7/64bit

The file/open dialog always opens at full size and will not resize. It's not in window state maximized, but it is sized to the screen size. When I move the cursor to the lower right corner it properly changes to the resize icon, but it won't grab and resize.

Just me?

It looks like this is a feature of Windows 7, see Maximize Common Dialog Boxes in Windows 7. Without being able to test it because I don't use Windows 7, it should be possible to get the standard behavior back by right clicking on the title bar of the file open dialog (window) and click on restore.
