German translation of HTML Tidy tooltips

(Maybe it is already solved in current version, but maybe not ....)

The configuration dialog for HTML Tidy has two problems:
- the main dialog is not translated to German
- the tooltips are translated; but they are very long and have no "newline" - one line is displayed across a dual monitor.

I just checked - no change in V16.00.0.1032. But that's something us users can't fix, so better report this to IDM support

Done. Both issues confirmed byIDM. They will take a look at it ...

The tooltips have now a maximum width in UE v16.30.0.1000 and therefore show long descriptions on multiple lines. I think the tooltips of the HTML Tidy options have been translated also to German, but I can't verify that because I'm using the English version of UE.
