How to indent folded code?

There are times when I need to indent folded code. However, after indenting and unfolding the code I see only the line of text I indented actually got indented. We really need the ability to "push" code to the right whether we used spaces or indenting, etc., but it would be a huge time saver if we could fold up a block of code and slide it over to the right and have all of the code move.

To indent a folded section of a file, select the folded section before indenting (click on first line of fold then drag to beginning of line following the fold)
