Is UltraCompare scriptable?

Is UltraCompare able to be used in a scripting environment (.bat script for example) so that I could automate directory comparison tasks and output the results to a file?

Yes, it is. There are command line options for running UltraCompare Professional (not the Lite version) from script files with results to a file.
