Ignore file time enhancement requests

Hi,

please add two more options to "Ignore timestamp differences" comparison:
1. ignore time diff 2 seconds (this occurs sometimes comparing different file systems, NTFS and NW)
2. ignore time diff extact 1 hour (this occurs somtimes if file systems have different daylight saving time / standard time interpretation)

I have already sent the same suggestions for an enhancement to IDM by email some months ago. Please do the same to increase the number of requests for those features. Posting the request in the user-to-user forums does not have any affect on future versions of UltraCompare, see top of the page.
