cursor jumps to top of file when SELECT ALL

To me its an annoying behavior, especially when you've just edited the bottom of file. Any way to disable that?

No. Simply use Search - Back (last position) with the hot key to continue editing where you stopped before selecting whole content (and copying it). BTW: Ctrl+End moves cursor to end of the file.
