How to make current line the first line in editor ?

Is there a short cut key to make current line to the first line in the visible window of the editor
The cursor should follow to the top line also.
The purpose is to view the most lines below the current line.
I have tried to find it in the help menu but without success.

Alt+Num- ... move active line to top of window
Alt+Num+ ... move active line to bottom of window
Alt+PgUp ... move cursor to top of window
Alt+PgDn ... move cursor to bottom of window

Num means pressed on the numerical keypad.
