Start uedit32 from command line

Postby pschauder » Fri Apr 22, 2005 12:18 am

Hi,
I had a profile crash in Windows XP and had to create a new user. Now it is not possible to call uedit32 from the command line. Anyone out there, who can give me a hint, what is missing? Path statement? Or Registry setting?
Regards Peter

Add path to uedit32.exe to environment variable PATH.

Press hotkey combination WIN+BREAK (or START -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System), select tab Advanced, press button Environment Variables, see in the area of System variables, search for PATH and edit this environment variable by adding the path to uedit32.exe.

You have to restart windows after modifying the variable.
