How do I fix the tool/menu bars (make them unmovable)?

It occurs sometimes that I accidentially move the menu resp. toolsbars by
dragging it to another location.

Is there a setting (in UE10) to fix them/make it impossible ?

I think, no!

But you can do what I do since years. Arrange all windows/menu items/ toolbars and set every option like you want. Close UltraEdit. Create a copy of all your uedit32.* files (uedit32.ini, uedit32.kbd, uedit32.mnu, uedit32.tbr in your personal user application folder or in windows directory - see help of UE about INI File ... for details).

Now when you have changed something by mistake, it is no problem anymore. Just close UE and copy or backup files over the current uedit32.* files and everything is restored, except the histories.
