How to change general colors (NOT: syntax highlighting) ?

Postby mattad » Sun Apr 09, 2006 8:28 pm

Where do I specify (new) colors for e.g. the current line, for the background of marked text, ...

Notice: I don't want to change syntax highlighting colors - just general text editing colors

Hi Mattad,
go to the Advanced Menu/Configuration Dialog. From this Expand the tree for Editor Display and select Syntax Highlighting. From the Dialog, press the Set Colors Button under the Non Syntax Highlighted Colors label.

From here you can change the color settings for the items you mention.

Cheers...

Or as described several times in the forum open menu View and click on Set Colors if you currently use the Advanced menu configuration.

If you currently use the Basic menu configuration Frank has already described the alternate method to open the set colors dialog although the Configuration menu item is in the File menu for the Basic menu configuration.
