Config Save issue

Using 10.20c version on XP rel2 system. I've been using the editor for years. I had to re-build my system from ground up and have a problem with the configuration settings not being saved. In particular, I check on two features: minimize on last file close and minimize to task bar. It doesn't save those settings when I quit the program. They (upon opening) are then un-checked.

Where does the program save these attibutes.

Any help?

In uedit32.ini at

[Settings]
Minimize on File Close=1
Minimize to SysTray=1

Don't ask where is the uedit32.ini - see help of UltraEdit or search in the forum.
