When I press the RETURN key then currently the cursor goes to this column where the first non-blank character of the previous line is starting.
However I want to go ALWAYS to the first column regardless how many leading blanks are in the previous line.
How do I disable "intelligent" cursor identing ?

Go to Advanced - Configuration - Editor Display - Formatting. Turn off "Auto Indent".
That should do it.
