Hello,
I want to like new install my PC.
Where are the templates for UE saved, so that I can backup this and restore at the new installation?

I a binary file named Uetmplte.dat in the directory specified by you at Configuration - Directories - Template Directory, if you really mean the 50 templates which are created via Advanced - Display/Modify Templates and displayed in the template list view or the Advanced menu.
Or do you mean the tags from the tag list view? Then click with the right mouse button into the tag list view window, select Modify Tags and a dialog will pop up which shows you at bottom the file name of the tag file with full path.
