I have turned on this option, but no improvement.
Because when you have twelve minimized files, each title bars have the same size than files tabs, but there are the three big Windows icons (minimize, reduce, close) that take half the room... , and the files names are less than half cut.
Very often, with similar files, only the end of names is different and unreadable.

Ok, I can ask to IDM, but I think that improvment of the version 10.20d+ is not possible anymore, because there is the new v11.00 now.
