Print/Page setup to Toolbar

How can I add page setup and print setup commands to the toolbar?

These commands do not seem to be available from the list within the toolbar configuration dialog box even though Ultraedit's documentations states "UltraEdit/UEStudio allows any command available from the menus to be available on the toolbar".

The command "names" in the toolbar customization dialog are:

Print Setup: Change the printer and the printing options
Page Setup: Set page headers and footers

The commands are sorted alphabetically on prompt (name) in the toolbar customization dialog.

Hint: If you can't find the command you search for in the toolbar customization dialog, look in the menu on the icon of the command. Then search in the toolbar customization dialog for that icon to find the command. Or move the mouse over a menu item which you want to add to your toolbar and look on left side of the status bar at bottom of the UltraEdit main window. You will see their the prompt for that command. And the prompt is shown in the customization dialog.
