Automatic Save doesn't work in 15.00 to v15.10.0.1019

I am using UltraEdit 15.00.0.1047, and have used UE for several years. I remember in 14.x that the Automatic Save feature worked fine, but now it doesn't appear to be working, and I think this started happening when I upgraded to v15.

My File Handling->Backup settings are:
Backup Files on Save: No backup (isn't related to Automatic Save)
Automatic Save Time: 5
Do not auto-save unnamed files: checked
Do not auto-save FTP files: checked
Version backup: On save and On automatic save both unchecked

By setting the Automatic Save Time to 5, I would think the feature would be turned on, but I can edit a file, wait 6 minutes, and it clearly hasn't been saved, the file name on the file tab still has a * at the end of it.

How can I get this feature to work?

Chuck, you are absolutely right. Automatic save does not work anymore in UE v15.00.0.1047, but it works with the same settings in UE v14.20.1.1008. Please report this issue with a bug reporting email to IDM support and post here when done. Thanks.

I sent an email with the problem description to IDM Support, and they just replied saying they verified the behavior, and their developers will begin working on a fix.

This issue is fixed with UE v15.10.0.1025 according to IDM hotfix list entry and a quick test I have made.
