How to Sort Favorites List in File Tree View

Is it possible to Sort Favorites List in File Tree View by a Macro?

Or is there another method/feature/function to sort this list.

I tried Selecting the Favorites Tab & sorting but it doesn't work

Or, is there a way to copy the Favorites List, then sort it and replace the current list?

I use Ultraedit version 13.20a

You have to open %appdata%\IDMComp\UltraEdit\uedit32.ini, best with Notepad and not with UltraEdit.

Go to section [FavoriteFiles] and resort + renumber the lines in the order you want them in the favorite files list.

After next start of UltraEdit you will see the favorite files now listed as you have defined it.
