Is there any feature in UltraEdit that will keep the window on top? It would be a nice title bar button to "Pin" the window as the top window.

There is an option to have UltraEdit always on top (Advanced -> Configuration -> General -> Display -> Always on top). But it sounds like you want something that can be toggled more easily.
This option later moved into the View menu for easy enabling/disabling it via menu or hot key.
