List of free regular expression builder tools

Does anyone know of a really good FREE, REGEX builder. For instance, in a few boxes, you tell that you want to find say the html for breakline, and add a newline sequence before it. Thanks in advance!

There are several out there to choose from. Not all are free.

Here is a very short list of ones that are free.

One of those might suit your needs.
