frameset doesn't establish a node or auto-ident

Postby eldkatten » Mon May 08, 2006 5:59 am

Hello,

I use UltraEdit v12.00a and I have a little problem with HTML-code:
the tag <frameset doesn't establish a node - code is not folded within <frameset>...</frameset> and there is no auto-ident after <frameset. As soon as I missspell the part "frame" - like "frimeset", "farmeset" or so - both a node and autoident work, so I think the problem lies with the keyword "frame", and in fact the tag <frame> does not establish a node and auto-ident, which is correct.
I tried to find out in the language-file where <frame> is defined as an exception, but didn't find anything. Any hints?

Thanks
Herbert

You are right, <frame, <frameset and </frameset> are handled different than all other HTML elements.

Please write an email to IDM support, because I think the HTML indenting/folding strings are built in UltraEdit and UEStudio and the developers of IDM must fix this issue.

I've done that, and I'll post the answer if I get one.

Thanks

Hello,

just wanted to announce that the issue is solved in version 12.10+3 (maybe earlier, didn't check that), available for download as update. Thanks to the developers!
