FTP Open for VM

Postby dand » Thu Sep 20, 2007 1:04 pm

I would like to define an account in the FTP Open screen for VM operating system How can I do it?
What Sever Type (in the screen FTP/SFTP Account Manger - Advanced) should I chose to work with the VM operating system?

Assuming you have read the help pages in UE on FTP (?) and maybe even the powertip on FTP on this site, what problems have you run into when trying to connect to the FTP server on the VM machine ?

Thank you for the clarification. Since I haven't access to a FTP server on a VM, I hope someone else have experiences with this and can give you an answer - but how about trial-and-error? - Start out with server type "auto", then try "VAX/VMS" next and so on. I bet that one of the mentioned server types will (re)act as the FTP server on a VM.
