Refresh After Merge

This option only applies in Folder Mode.  If selected, this will force a refresh of compared directories (and the status of the compare) whenever a file/folder is merged from one compared folder to the other.  If this option is not selected, the automatic refresh/recompare will not occur.  

This was originally enabled so that if files/folders should be changed outside of UltraCompare Professional during a compare this would be reflected in the compare status.  If it is known that this will not be the case, then it may be preferred not to have this item selected.
