Scripting

The Scripts dialog (accessible from the Scripting menu) shows a list of scripts which have been added to a list accessible for usage within the editor.

Pressing the Add button will present an Open dialog where the user may select a JavaScript file (*.js) to be added to the list and also specify a short description to be shown in the Scripting dialog in the Script Description field.  For scripts that have already been added to the list, double-clicking on the description will make this field active so that the description may be edited.

If a script in the list is selected and the Edit button is pressed the selected script will be opened for editing.  If a script is selected and the Remove button is pressed the selected script will be removed from the list, but not deleted from the system.  Hovering the cursor over a script name will cause the full path to the script to be displayed in a tooltip.

If a user clicks in the Hotkey or Chord field associated with an added script they can type directly in this field to specify a key sequence to be used to invoke the script.

The OK button should be pressed to save all changes made.
