Visibility of the Workspace Manager may be toggled by selecting Show Workspace Manager from the View menu or by pressing Ctrl+U. Users may toggle between the Explorer and Sessions tabs.
Explorer mode: displays tree view for local/network drives and removable media
If no items are selected in the Explorer pane of the Workspace Manager the following items are shown in the context menu:
| System Explorer Menu | presents applicable parts of Windows Explorer context menu |
| Refresh | updates listing of all hard drives and removable media |
| Set Directory as Root | sets the active directory as root on right click and selection |
| Restore Default Root | restores original root directory |
If a folder is selected in the Explorer pane of the Workspace Manager the following items are shown in the context menu:
| System Explorer Menu | presents applicable parts of Windows Explorer context menu |
| Load into the first frame | loads selected folder into first frame of active folder compare |
| Load into the second frame | loads selected folder into second frame of active folder compare |
| Load into new session | launches new folder compare session and loads selected folder into first frame |
| Load into new 3-way session | launches new 3-way folder compare session and loads selected folder into first frame |

| Open Command Prompt Here | launches command prompt and sets to selected directory |

| My Documents | switches focus to My Documents directory for user |
| Programs Directory | switches focus to Windows Programs directory |

If no items are selected in the Sessions pane of the Workspace Manager the following items are shown in the context menu:
| Add New Group | adds a new Group to the Sessions pane |
| Add active Session to new Group | adds a new Group to the Sessions pane and adds the active Session to the created Group |
If a session group is selected in the Sessions pane of the Workspace Manager the following items are shown in the context menu:
| Launch Group | launches selected Group |
| Rename Group | toggles selected Group label so that it may be modified |
| Add Active Session | adds active Session to active Group |
| Delete Group | deletes active Group |
If a session is selected in the Sessions pane of the Workspace Manager the following items are shown in the context menu:
| Launch Session | launches selected Session |
| Rename Session | toggles selected Session label so that it may be modified |
| Add to New Group | presents Save Active Session dialog where user may specify the name of the new group to which the selected session should be added |
| Session Properties | presents Session Properties dialog where user may modify options for the selected session |
| Delete Session | deletes selected Session |
