Am I eligible?
To qualify for a student/teacher or University/classroom discount, you must be enrolled in an accredited public or private university or college (including community, junior, or vocational college).
Discounts are also available for middle and high school students and schools when they contact UltraEdit directly at [email protected].
Do I qualify if enrolled in an online learning program, coding boot camp, etc.?
We evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with details of your educational enrollment and current employment status to request eligibility.
What type of license will I receive?
Fully-sponsored students or classrooms will receive 1-year UltraEdit All Access licenses. UltraEdit All Access includes every product we publish, on all platforms. While the license isn’t renewable, you are welcome to apply for a new one at the end of the 1-year term.
How do I obtain my fully sponsored license?
You can obtain a fully sponsored academic license through our website using the button above. During registration, you’ll complete a simple, quick verification process to validate your educational discount eligibility.
How do I provide proof of eligibility?
Use your school email address for fastest validation and processing. If you register for a fully sponsored academic license but fail to provide a .edu email address, one of our customer service team members will contact you to request proof of eligibility. Typically a scan or photo of your student ID is sufficient.
For classroom use, please contact our sales team for obtaining a fully sponsored classroom license. We’ll provide the request form you need to verify your eligibility.
For institutional or internal (non-instructional) licensing, use our quote request form to obtain a quote with a 50% educational discount.
